Herbs you can plant once and forget it (pretty much) are ones I want to have in my garden. Not only are they low-maintenance, but for the most part I can harvest from them all season long. Picking rosemary in the snow isn’t all that uncommon, and who couldn’t use a whiff of summer in the middle of spring?
